Let difficulty transform you. And it will. In my experience we just need help in learning how not to run away. Pema Chödrön
I am a mother, spouse and psychotherapist who believes that a healthy and honest relationship with oneself is the ultimate tool to living a connected, grounded life. From this ground one can recognize their inherent wisdom and wellbeing and experience a sense of wholeness and ease.
I care deeply about human connection, self discovery, curiosity, and the willingness to meet ourselves where we are. It brings me great joy to be of benefit to others who are seeking out the answers to their inner workings and to bear witness to the insight and changes that can occur.
I integrate a Psychodynamic and Humanistic approach to psychotherapy and have a background in mindfulness and meditation practices, Buddhism, Jungian Depth Psychology, and Early Childhood Education. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents, young adults and adults in mid life. I am passionate about life’s varied experiences and have a deep-seated personal desire to continue to learn and grow.
Wherever you are on your journey, when you're ready – feel free to reach out to me here.
